Our unique approach blends a variety of training modalities through semi-private and small group sessions, each centered on functional movement and mobility. Every program is customized to the individual client’s abilities, goals, and expectations. There’s no one-size-fits-all cookie cutter approach here—just intentional, personalized coaching.

What truly sets Ignite apart is our family-like atmosphere. We believe in building each other up—supporting, motivating, and holding one another accountable every step of the way. Our coaches meet you where you are and walk beside you with a clear, structured plan for success, including weigh-ins, dietary guidance, and ongoing accountability.

Meet the Team

Buck Sink:

David “Buck” Sink has been with IGNITE since its inception in 2014 and is now the current owner. He is a CrossFit level one coach as well as a certified stretch coach. As a coach, Buck feels that his job has been accomplished if the athlete has met or surpassed their expectations in their fitness journey. Through his knowledge of movement patterns and mobility, Buck strives to improve the athletes chance for success by laying the foundation of proper mechanics and range of motion. “If the athlete is coachable and trust the program and coach, success and improvement will be achieved.”

Jason Miller

Jason joined Ignite in 2023 with a strong background in sport and performance psychology and a lifelong passion for movement. He holds a Master’s degree in Sport and Performance Psychology and has been an ACE Certified Personal Trainer since 2022. Jason has has also trained in martial arts since age six and has a 4th-degree black belt in Tang Soo Do. His coaching style is shaped by personal experience with injuries, leading him to prioritize safe, functional movement that adapts to each client’s needs. His goal is simple: help clients move better, overcome limitations, and rediscover joy in fitness.

Josh DeLieto

Josh DeLieto has been with IGNITE since 2019. He is a certified personal trainer through DCJS. Josh has coached function functional fitness for over 15 years and has extensive training in martial arts (Nihon Goshin & Aikido). Josh strives to help people train using functional and dynamic movements that encourage healthy movement outside the gym. He brings this expertise to both private and group training settings as a coach. Josh believes celebrating small victories and is where we find our true success in both life and fitness.

Kaitlyn Belcher:

Kaitlyn has been a part of the Ignite family since 2019—first as a client, then as a coach. Her own transformation at Ignite, both physically and mentally, sparked a deep passion for helping others experience the same growth and empowerment through fitness. With a strong belief in the power of functional movement and proper nutrition, Kaitlyn is committed to guiding others toward a healthier, happier life. As a busy mom of three, Kaitlyn understands the challenges of juggling family, work, and self-care. She’s living proof that putting yourself first isn’t selfish—it’s necessary. Through her coaching, she inspires others to prioritize their well-being and discover the joy that comes with feeling strong, energized, and capable.

Jeanine Poyner

Jeanine joined Ignite as a member in 2021 and quickly embraced a full lifestyle change through fitness and nutrition. Her dedication led her to become an active part of the Ignite community and eventually a member of the coaching team. She holds a Bachelor's degree from Roanoke College and a Master's in Educational Leadership from Old Dominion University. With over 15 years of teaching experience, Jeanine is excited to bring her passion for education and leadership into the gym, helping clients reach their fitness goals.

Is this beginner friendly?

Yes, we work with beginners all the time! Our small, family like atmosphere is the best way to get plugged into a like-minded community, focused on health, fitness, and personal self-improvement. We will take you step by step to your fitness goals and make sure you understand how, why, and what you are doing.

Can I modify things?

You sure can! But know you're not alone- our professional coaches will set you up for success, ensuring you're progressing with each workout. No matter where you are getting started, Ignite can help you reach your goals faster than doing it on your own.

Am I going to be starving?

Nope! In fact you will more then likely eat more than what you are used to. At Ignite, we offer nutrition plans and customized support to help you nourish AND see results.
